General Terms and Conditions
1. Nagra Recorder under package- Rs 250/- per day
2. A discount of 20 % on out door will be allowed when Lab, Editing and Recording Theatre are availed with Release prints.
3. Additional lights supplied on demand will be charged at actual,
4. Discount will be allowed for prompt payment by the studio management committee on a case to case basis
5. Half of the normal rent will only be charged for shooting inside the Landscape Areas and the buildings inside the complex, except the shooting Floor         and Mini Floor for Production under package, credit card and Chitranjali plus schemes.
6. The eligible subsidy for the film will be adjusted in the final bill after the film is censored and subject to the subsidy rules.
7. The total advance to be remitted under full package will be Rs. One Lakh i.e. Rs10,000/- at the time of initial booking and Rs. 90,000/-before starting           the shooting work.
8. The total advance to be remitted under Economy Package will be Rs 80,000/- i.e., Rs 10,000+70,000/-
9. For credit card and Chitranjali plus Schemes Rs 2 Lakh minimum is to be paid along with bank guarantee for Rs. 5 Lakh in the enclosed format. For         Chitranjali Plus Scheme Rs 2 Lakh to be paid along with Tri-party agreement with Channel right holders if the project is included
10. The full initial remittance (Rs 10,000/-) will be forfeited if booking once confirmed is cancelled.
11. In all the schemes a production Agreement on stamp paper worth Rs. 50/- (Purchased in the Name of the producer) is required to be signed by the           producer before the shooting work.
12. For Digital recording/ Digital Editing & Dubbing Packages 50% of the package amount has to be paid as advance before commencing the work.
13. Necessary agreement shall be executed between producer and studio for working under different packages/ Schemes and for continuous                       engagement of shooting Floor/ Landscape/ apartments etc.
14. Service tax as applicable will be charged extra as per the prevailing rate
15. Studio reserves the right to revise the hire charges interest rate from time to time.
